Designed to detect infestations at the earliest stages (egg and larvae), BugVape enables rapid intervention before visible damage occurs—saving palm trees and minimizing economic losses.
Following extensive field trials conducted in collaboration with local technical teams, BugVape™ has received official validation from WEQAA Center, the Saudi National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases under the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture. The technology has been formally approved as a recognized early-detection method for Red Palm Weevil within Saudi Arabia’s Integrated Pest Management (IPM) framework and is included in the national procedural guide.
